Honorable Caldarone was born on March 7, 1927 and passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018.

Honorable Caldarone was a resident of Providence, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

He was educated in the Providence School System, having graduated as an honor student from Hope High School.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the Atlantic Theater of Operations.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Tuesday November 13, 2018 commencing at 8:30 a.m. at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, Providence, RI, prior to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Graveside burial, with Military Honors, will take place at the St. Francis Cemetery in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Visitation at the Cathedral of SS. Peter & Paul from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM on November 13, 2018.

In the year 1980, he was awarded the rank of Cavalier in the Order of Merit by the President of the Republic of Italy in recognition of his many cultural, charitable and civic contributions to the Rhode Island community.
