Stephen passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017.

Stephen was a resident of Narragansett, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Cumberland High School, Providence College (President of his class and active in the PC Alumni Association for many years) and Boston College Law School.

He was a member of the 103rd Field Artillery Battalion during the Korean War and served in the Army National Guard for 30 years.

His funeral will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 8:30am from the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
