Nishan passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017.

Nishan was a resident of Uxbridge, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He graduated from Northbridge High School in 1946.

He joined the U.S. Army soon after and served in Japan in the Occupation Forces.

Nishan was married to Victoria.

Calling hours will be held at Carr Funeral Home 24 Hill St. Whitinsville Friday March 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday March 25 at St. Asdvadzadzin Armenian Apostolic Church 315 Church St. Whitinsville. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Whitinsville.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Asdvadzadzin Armenian Church 315 Church St. Whitinsville MA 01588 or to St. Camillus Long term Memory Care Activities Division 447 Hill St. Whitinsville MA 01588.
