Marie Lorraine (Chatelle Noel) Calabro, 79 passed away at home surrounded by her loving family Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017. She was the wife of the late Sebastian Calabro and former wife of Richard J. Noel Sr. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Cecile E. (Robert) Chatelle. Before retiring, Marie was a Food Service Administrator for the State of Rhode Island, ordering for Zambarano, General Hospital, the ACI and Training School. She was also the accountant for Guy's Motors for many years. She loved her flowers and having a vegetable garden. Marie is survived by four children; Kathleen Taylor and longtime companion George Warner, Richard J. Noel Jr. and wife Shelley Noel, Elaine Marie Brown and Kenneth James Noel. Also survived by three step-children: Debbie Bolandz and husband Richard Bolandz Sr., Linda Calabro, and Guy Calabro and wife Roberta Calabro. She is survived by three sisters: Cecile Fernandes, Irene Gatto, and Karen DeBlois and was preceded in death by three brothers: Antonio Chatelle Jr., Robert Chatelle and Ronald Chatelle. She was the loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 12 great-grandchildren with 2 great-grandchildren on the way. Her funeral is Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Francis de Sales Church 381 School Street, North Kingstown.
