Jason was born on April 30, 1972 and passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

Jason was a resident of Albion, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

Jason was married to Daniel.

A celebration of his life will be held and begin on Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122 Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Historic St. Joseph Church 1303 Mendon Rd. Cumberland. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.
