EASTON——Christine Healey, 66, of Easton, formerly of Canton, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 13, 2017 at home. She was the former wife of Richard J. Kent of Easton.

Born in Brockton, a daughter of the late Walter and Joan L. (McNamara) Healey, she was raised in Easton and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School and was the OA Tiger Mascott during her years at Oliver Ames.

A homemaker when her children were young, she later went to work as a bank teller for the Bank of Canton for 20 years.

In addition to her former husband Richard, she is survived by two sons, Jason Kent of Easton and Joshua Kent of Purvis, Mississippi; her siblings, Barbara Boulay and her husband Rene of Middleboro, Maureen Mason and her husband Paul of Norton, Peter Healey and his wife Alicia of Easton, Patrick Healey and his wife Lisa of Easton, Elaine Svendsen & her husband Ken of PA., Kathleen Healey of Easton and Elizabeth Connors and her husband Bob of Easton; grandmother of Vera Kent, Allyson Kent, Hayley Kent and Cassie Kent.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton.
