Cecilia “Terry” (McClellan) Norton, age 74, of Carver, passed away on June 10, 2018 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth. She was beloved Mother of Robert DePietro of Florida, Christopher Norton and his wife Kathy of Plymouth, Annette Norton of Plymouth and Pamela Schuh and her husband Michael of Bourne. She also, leaves her grandchildren, BryAnna DePietro of Tewksbury, Robert and William DePietro of Florida, Anathea and Costa Norton of Yarmouth, Joseph Norton of Dorchester and Abigail Schuh of Bourne. She was the great-grandmother of Amelia and Violet DePietro of Tewksbury. Cecilia “Terry” was born in Everett on June 2, 1944 to James and Cecilia (Manter) McClellan. Terry will be remembered for her loving, compassionate and caregiving nature. She would open her arms and home to anyone who needed it. She was known as “Mom” to so many. She had a passion for sewing and especially enjoyed making quilts, she loved to cook and go camping. She had a collection of dolls and cherubs that she treasured. She will be missed dearly by all those who loved her. A period of visitation will take place on Friday, June 15, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the Davis Funeral and Cremation Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 16, 2018, 10:00 am, at the funeral home followed by a burial in the Vine Hills Cemetery on Samoset St., Plymouth.
