Arthur was born on March 18, 1930 and passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018.

Arthur was a resident of Cranston, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

Arthur was a US Army veteran, serving in the Korean War where he received several citations and commendations.

His funeral will be held on Saturday, at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church, Cranston. Burial with military honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
