Condolence & Memory Journal

My condolences to the family. I was a army buddy of Joe in Korea.

I am an old army friend and have many memories of Joe. Did get to several reunions with him as he and Barbara were picked up at the air port on one of the reunions and we visited them later that year in Avon. We had some very special memories in the service. My sympathy to the family. Time just goes by to fast.

My Condolences to the Qualter family. I worked with Joe as a dispatcher for the town of Avon for several years. Joe was always a true gentleman and dedicated to his community. The Qualter family is in my prayers at this difficult time.

Mr. Qualter,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later for the citizens of Avon when you served as a Dispatcher with the Avon Police and Fire Departments. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
