My deepest condolences to the entire Simonds family. I worked for Frank in Groton, CT in late 70's early 80's. He was a great boss, friend and mentor. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Cmdr. Simonds,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN as a member of the Silent Service-especially during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow Shipmates stood ready to defend our Country. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
