To Sister Mahoney Family

We just learned after returning from our month long vacation on West Coast...of our good friend Sister Mahoney's passing.

Many nice memories here in our St Clare Church community with you in recent years will always be cherished and remembered

We recall her teaching career in our town while we were students at Immaculate Conception School in Westerly also.

May she rest forever with OUR Blessed Lord

Another angel went to God, it was Marys calling. First nun I ever had a real conversation with and then be came a best friend for life. Sr. Mary was my 7th grade teacher at St. Michael School she was a great teacher and friend, everyone had memorable things to say about her, she was well liked and will be missed for sure by many.
She had a spirit about her that just drew people to her.

A great person, always a kind wise word and a smile. We will miss her.

Sister Mary was my mother's room-mate at Mt St Rita's. She always welcomed my visits to my mother with a broad smile and then a hug! She was a tireless "wheel-chairer" who rode the corridors of the Mt. all the time and never failed to grasp your hand to say hello.
I hope she greets my mother (who died January 6, 2018) again in heaven!!
